Jan 20

sweet and salty fig toast

Let’s talk little indulgences. After all, it’s January 20. If you’re sticking to your resolutions, you deserve a little treat by now.

If you’re not, who care? You work hard, you do a good job. You deserve a little treat.

We’re loving this recipe for sweet and salty fig toast from Bon Appetit. A) It’s easy. That’s always a win in our book. B) It uses figs and cheese, which is one of the greatest pairings known to man. (Seriously, check it out.) And C) It’s a balance of salty and sweet, just as the name suggests – could you ask for more?

Whip it up, climb onto your coziest perch and savor. You’re almost done with the first month of 2015!
