Performance training masked as luxury boutique fitness, Elevate combines functional exercises and high-intensity interval training to boost strength, endurance, and agility and burn fat. The 55 minute classes include treadmills, rowers, weights, TRX training and more, with scripted workouts and coaches dedicated to improving your technique and keeping you motivated. Each class is scalable to various skill levels. Elevate provides the program and coaching, participants select their pace, weights and variations of each move. This is the most balanced and effective program in the region. In just a few days per week you will see significant results, not just in your physique, but also an improvement in overall athleticism.
