clean eating rewind
As the weather starts getting cooler, we’re definitely tempted to grab a few too many hot chocolates and scrummy desserts. We try to get back on track by eating as much seasonal, local goodness as possible and Women’s Health came out with a great list to help us do just that.
For starters, we’re going to add some beets to our lunch salad and have a baked sweet potato with dinner. Plus, we have a pretty killer spaghetti squash casserole we haven’t made in a while (though we have been making this one at least once a week!). What are your favorites from this list?
