HEY! Happy Monday. How was your weekend? Restful? Productive? Busy? All of the above?
Whew! It’s the first Monday of 2015, and we’ve still got that new year hope going on. You know what we’re talking about, right? The glow that seems to be around everything right now can’t be just in our imaginations. Things just seem a little fresher. They’re new. They’re exciting. It’s time to actually start doing all of the “coulda, shoulda, wouldas” of the past.
One of those for us was to eat healthy breakfasts. And eat a variety of healthy breakfasts. For too long, it seems, we’ve existed in a bagel with cream cheese or oatmeal all day every day sort of paradox. Sometimes, we get our act together enough to make a green smoothie for the morning. But not often enough.
