weekend happenings 4.17.15

Can you even believe this weather? Because all we want to do is head outside (slather ourselves in sunscreen), throw on our favorite shades and just be. Walk, run, hike – anything. Any excuse to be outside is good in our books.

 

And it’s going to be a gorgeous weekend to be outside! Right now, predications say 80 degrees on Saturday and in the 60s on Sunday. Yeah, we’ll take it.

So with weather this nice, you probably don’t need our help picking out things to do. But here are some suggestions anyway:

• Tomorrow’s Global Citizen 2015 Earth Day concert looks amazing. Free Train? Free Usher? Free No Doubt?! We’ll see ya there.

 

• If that’s not your thing, the Nationals take on the Cubs tomorrow – and it’s Pups in the Park day! Baseball and dogs? Excellent.

 

• Weather this nice calls for eating all of the meals outside. Why not do an outdoor brunch this Sunday?

 

• Got a tiny outdoorsman on your hands? Tomorrow is “Junior Ranger Day” at various National Parks!
