It’s Monday. Last week was more hectic than any week we’ve had in a long, long time – it felt like one problem got put to bed only for another to crop up.
Anyone else struggle to take care of themselves in this moments? We’re talking not going the extra mile to plan a healthy meal, because a slice of pizza is quicker. Skipping a workout because getting those last few emails answered drained all of our extra energy for the day.
Weeks like that are okay. They’re normal. We’re not always going to be a perfect machine. So take a deep breath. It’s a new week. It’s a new chance.
