Undeniable Boutique is looking for a DYNAMIC, SELF-STARTER to manage and grow our new Mosaic District location.

This position is perfect for a well-rounded, passionate individual who:

You will have direct responsibility for:

– Cultivating new relationships, leveraging existing clientele, and utilizing local networks to drive sales and increase brand recognition.

– Continually developing and upholding client outreach, as well as mentoring the sales team to do the same.

– Serving as a brand ambassador at networking functions and within the local community. Identifying cross-promotional opportunities with regional businesses and industry contacts.

– Understanding the importance and urgency of social media, merchandising, promotions and fashion marketing and their impact on the bottom line.

– Regular communication of best practices and sales targets.

– Assisting with buying strategy, assessing customer needs and identifying trends.

– Timely preparation and pricing/display of new inventory.

– Assisting in training associates on brands and product attributes.

– Operational duties including training, policy adherence, and general team supervision.
