Mimi’s Homemade is a Virginia-based family business bringing together flavors from around the world. Mimi’s offers handmade ice creams, sorbets and sherbets, made with natural and locally sourced ingredients. In addition to 36+ varieties, including all the traditional favorites, check out unique ice cream flavors such as ube, Thai tea and lemon poppy.

Mimi’s Homemade is founded by Chef Rollin and named after one of his two daughters — Mimi and Alexandra. Rollin finds inspiration in gelato, custard and sweet recipes passed down from his Italian and German grandmothers.
