Your Neighborhood Neapolitan
Founded in 2007 as a food truck by Enzo Algarme of Naples, Italy, Pupatella is a pizzeria that specializes in Neapolitan pizza and other Italian classics like arancini, bruschetta, caprese salad, and panzarotti. We pride ourselves on our traditional ingredients brought in each week from Naples and techniques used to make classic Neapolitan pizza using wood-fired ovens made with bricks forged from the ashes of Mount Vesuvius. As of June 2022, there are 6 Pupatella pizzerias throughout the DMV area with continued plans to expand.
