Debra, along with her husband Mitch Berliner, co-founded Central Farm Markets and Meat Crafters. Debra spent 30+ years guiding businesses in marketing and strategic planning and was the founding Executive Director of the Metropolitan Center for the Visual Arts, is a member of Women Chefs & Restaurants and a board member of the Bethesda Urban Partnership Arts & Entertainment District. Debra has a professional certification in pastry from L’Academie de Cuisine and is a regular contributing writer to Federation’s Jewish Food Experience blog and Edible DC.
About Josh Rosenstein:
Josh is an Israeli-American chef and owner of Edible Eden Baltimore Foodscapes LLC, a food garden design and landscape company. He has over twenty years of experience working on sustainable gardens, permaculture sites and ecovillages in Israel, South Africa and America. Josh has a lifelong passion for ethical eating and dedicates himself to educating others on eco-friendly, farm-to-table cooking and agriculture.
