We have proudly expanded to our second location in the Mosaic District and are seeking experienced, self-motivated FOH employees who work well in a team environment.  

The following positions are being offered:

Host/Hostess


Experience with Open Table and MICROS POS preferred. The ideal candidate would have at least two of years’ experience in the restaurant industry. 


Duties & Responsibilities Include:

·         Greet and Welcome Guests into the restaurant. Ensure guests are seated promptly and correctly in the restaurant feeling comfortable and welcome.

·         Assist with answering all incoming calls for reservations. Act as a friendly and hospitable first point of contact between the guest and the table, using OpenTable for reservations management 

·         Manage the bookings of our guests in OpenTable – ensuring maximum reservations while following seating protocols, including confirmations to minimize late cancellations and no shows.

·         Assist in communicating all in house notes regarding guests – including special occasions, special needs and allergies. 

·         Have thorough knowledge of menu. Answer questions about our food

·         Fulfill take away orders from guests and relay them to appropriate team members

·         Ability to problem solve, accommodate requests and thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment

Server

We are looking for candidates who want to work for a successful and growing company.  Someone with a strong work ethic who is driven and exudes positive energy. The ideal candidate will also possess a demonstrable passion for hospitality, learning an expansive menu, and will excel in a fast paced, high-energy environment. Candidates must be someone who leads by example and for whom no job is too small or too demeaning. We are looking for someone who deeply cares about customer satisfaction and capable of delivering excellent steps of service.

We are a pooled tip house so the ability to work well within a team is a must.

Responsibilities and Duties Include: 

 

Bartender

Responsibilities and Duties Include:

·         2-3 years’ experience in an upscale casual restaurant bar with an active service well

·         Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

·         A strong foundation in wine and wine service as well as craft beers and experience and willingness to learn and engage in a wine, beer, cocktail program

·         Ability to multi-task, work efficiently, and coordinate with other bartenders while never losing focus on our guests

·         Passion for food as well as beverage programs – your enthusiasm for our menus and food service at the bar will be key

·         Attention to detail, a disciplined and orderly approach to bar maintenance, restocking, changing out kegs, etc.

 Busser/Barback and Food Runner

Candidates must have flexible/open availability that includes closing and weekends. The busser/barback and food running positions are the FOH right hand. Successful candidates will receive training for each function and become proficient in all.

Busser

Responsibilities and Duties Include:

 ·         Excellent communication skills  

·         The ability to juggle a variety of duties, including but not limited to; bussing, clearing tables, assisting servers, setting tables, supporting the bartenders with ice, supplies and glassware. 

·         Positive attitude, a passion for hospitality and an ability to work in a team environment

·         A minimum of one year of previous restaurant experience 

·         Commitment to excellence in service and support

·         Ability to work an entire shift standing and walking, may transport up to 25 lbs.

 

Food Runner

Responsibilities and Duties Include:

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Ability to carry three plates or more at one time.

·         Proficiency at reading expo tickets and delivering plates to proper seat numbers

·         Positive attitude at dealing with guest requests when necessary 

·         Stocking takeout containers and supplies for service stations and kitchen
