Free parking is part of the Mosaic experience. Step out of our well-lit, well-designed garages and explore an innovative urban community.

  • 5 garages, 2,500 parking spaces
  • Parking is free up to 5 hours from 6 AM –2 AM. No overnight parking is allowed
  • Electric Car Charging Stations (Market & Target Garages – Ground Floor)
  • 150 On-Street Spaces
    Please note that some on-street parking spaces are subject to time restrictions. Be sure to observe nearby signage, as towing is strictly enforced.

    Capital Bike Share
    We’ve partnered with Capital Bike Share to offer an easy eco-friendly way to commute to your favorite community space. The Capital Bike Share kiosk is located on the corner of Merrifield Town CTR Drive and Merrifield Cinema Drive.

    Shuttle

    The shuttle operates weekdays only between Dunn Loring–Merrifield Metro and Mosaic District.

    Operating Hours
    6:00 AM – 7:10 PM (Every 20 minutes) during peak hours
    The shuttle does not operate between 10:45 AM – 3:50 PM
