“Mosaic will be the second location for Kapnos Kouzina, which pulls its name from the Greek word for kitchen. The ambience and menu will match its name, featuring home-style Greek cuisine, rustic Mediterranean dishes and platters to share.”  

The location gave Isabella not only a chance to expand his Kapnos concept but gave Carroll a chance to experiment with Requin before it debuts at the Wharf. The pop-up will serve dinners only, Tuesday through Saturday, starting in the fall and running through December.
