We’ve told you before that fall at Mosaic is all about food. And while we’ve shared one of our videos with you before, it’s time to get a peek inside some more.

Sit back and relax this Saturday (sugar hangover from yesterday and all). Good food starts, quite literally, at the outset. We believe strongly in a commitment to responsible and high-quality sourcing, and our dining partners share that ideal. But recently, we decided to take it a step further and delve into where our food comes from.
