A rapidly expanding fast-casual restaurant, Cava Grill delivers authentic and vibrant Mediterranean food to a national audience in a fast and health-focused format. Started in 2011 by three childhood friends, Ike Grigoropoulos, Ted Xenohristos and Dimitri Moshovitis, Cava Grill was derived from Cava Mezze full-service restaurants and celebrates the flavors of their families’ traditional Greek and Mediterranean cooking in a modern setting. The nine-unit chain’s menu offers vegetarian, vegan and allergy-friendly options, fresh juices, mixed “greens and grains” bowls, and locally sourced ingredients.
