Four Restaurants Have Opened This Week, From District Dumplings to Ocean Blue

1) MERRIFIELD: District Dumplings is now open (don’t be fooled by the name, as they’re located at the Mosaic). It’s a fast-casual dumpling shop with a variety of dumplings, including some vegetarian fillings. They also have a few sandwiches and daily specials, as well as tea. They’re located in the same area of the center as Brine and DGS Delicatessen. Status: Certified open. 2985 District Ave. #110, Fairfax, Va.; website.
